Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Manager to lead a multi-functional engineering team responsible for the industrialization of new products in electronic assembly environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional engineering team focused on new product introduction of PCB assemblies, process execution, and technology deployment across multiple projects.
• Oversee core industrialization activities including Design for Excellence (DfX), product data readiness, prototype line execution, and product cost estimation.
• Establish organizational goals and KPIs to measure, monitor, and improve team effectiveness and business performance.
• Manage engineering resources by assigning and allocating work based on project priorities, schedules, skill development objectives, and time-to-market requirements.
• Drive technical and leadership development within the engineering organization while ensuring accountability for program and production success.
