Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking an Industrialization Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team responsible for the industrialization of new products in electronic assembly environments. You will drive NPI activities, manage resources, and improve time-to-market through strong leadership and process execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional engineering team focused on new product introduction of PCB assemblies, process execution, and technology deployment across multiple projects.
• Oversee core industrialization activities including Design for Excellence (DfX), product data readiness, prototype line execution, and product cost estimation.
• Establish organizational goals and KPIs to measure, monitor, and improve team effectiveness and business performance.
• Manage engineering resources by assigning and allocating work based on project priorities, schedules, skill development objectives, and time-to-market requirements.
• Drive technical and leadership development within the engineering organization while ensuring accountability for program and production success.
