Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an experienced engineering professional to lead global electronic assembly process initiatives with significant onsite time at Mequon and New Berlin, reporting to the manager of manufacturing process engineering - PCBA.

The role focuses on standardization, capital deployment, and technology innovation to improve quality, throughput, and profitability across global facilities. Hybrid work and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Typically requires 8 years of experience in electronic assembly manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in multiple electronic assembly processes.
• Develop and deploy global assembly process standards.
• Lead equipment selection and implementation for capital projects.
• Apply DOE, control charts, and statistical analysis to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with design teams on DFM/DFA and share knowledge through reviews.
