Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead a multi-campus team of quality engineers and drive advanced quality methods in new product development for motor control products.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Business, and Quality teams to embed quality through DFSS, APQP, and DFx, while enabling efficient NPI programs across global sites. This hybrid role is based in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-campus team of Quality Engineers.
• Drive quality process improvements and modern quality methods in NPI.
• Ensure product development adheres to quality processes and procedures.
