Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience and some leadership experience.
• Contract manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor employees and lead shift.
• Read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Identify workmanship and material defects by sight.
• Ensure tasks follow work instructions and customer specifications.
• Mentor and train new employees in area.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Support shift overlap and 24/7 operations as needed.
• Maintain quality and provide feedback to Operators.
• Ensure proper scrap disposal and housekeeping.
