Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics field.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with test equipment and rework techniques.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment and PCBs to the component level.
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify hardware failures and performance issues.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Replace and rework components using soldering/desoldering techniques (SMT and through-hole).
• Use test equipment to evaluate product performance and functionality.
• Document repair activities, test results, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to improve reliability.
• Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow quality, safety, and regulatory requirements and maintain a clean workspace.
