Kelly in Groveport is seeking an Electronics Technician I to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronics at the board and component level. The role requires reading schematics, soldering, and using test equipment in a controlled production or repair environment.

Responsibilities include fault isolation, circuit analysis, and documenting findings. The candidate should have at least 1 year in electronics repair and be comfortable working in an ESD‑controlled setting, lifting up to 160 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of electronics repair/technical support experience.
• Soldering experience (through-hole & SMT).
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Basic computer, data-entry, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work in cleanroom/ESD environment and lift up to 160 lbs.
• Technical training or IPC/A+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronics at board/component level.
• Perform circuit analysis and fault isolation.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators for testing.
