Job summary

Iescorp in Solon, Ohio is seeking an Electronics Rework & Test Technician for the first shift (7a–3p, Mon–Fri). You will inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and rework PCBs and assemblies to meet quality specs. The role offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to grow in electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints or schematics and customer documentation.
• Experience using electronic test equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Soldering and component rework experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.
• Use oscilloscope, signal generator, ohmmeter, and calipers for testing.
• Identify defects and determine corrective actions.
• Document inspection results and repairs.
