Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related technical field.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic hardware.
• Ability to diagnose failures at board and component level.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment.
• Experience with soldering, desoldering, and rework.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for documenting work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment to the component level.
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify failures and performance issues.
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Replace components using soldering and desoldering techniques.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and power supplies for testing.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing on repaired hardware.
• Document repair activities and test results.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
