GEON Performance Solutions is building a new Electronics business unit to accelerate growth across electrical and power components, thermal management, robotics, sensors and controls, consumer electronics, transformers, and electrification markets.

We seek a high-impact leader to define market strategy, identify growth opportunities, develop differentiated material platforms, and turn innovation into revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, product management, technical sales, strategic marketing, or innovation leadership.
• Proven success in developing new markets, products, or business opportunities.
• Established relationships across OEM, Tier-1, EMS, and custom molder networks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute GEON's Electronics growth roadmap and market strategy.
• Identify and commercialize new applications, products, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Build relationships across the electronics value chain, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EMS providers, molders, startups, and industry partners.
• Translate Voice of Customer and market intelligence into actionable growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance innovation projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Drive customer specifications and qualifications while expanding GEON's presence in high-value electronics applications.
