Job summary

DTS seeks an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team in developing leading-edge, low-power electronic platforms for data acquisition and embedded recording systems. The role encompasses project planning, scope management, and cross-functional coordination to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will oversee analog/digital circuit design, collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and quality teams, and ensure designs pass product release and production handoff while

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or similar; substantial related experience in engineering management and/or project management is necessary.
• 7+ years' experience in analog/digital circuit design, schematics, board layout, and working with PCBA manufacturers; Altium NEXUS experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in data acquisition system design is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of test and measurement industry is a plus.
• 3+ years with management experience overseeing small teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical engineering team to create leading-edge, low-power, compact designs for data acquisition, sensor, and embedded recording platforms.
• Plan, scope, and manage product development projects by monitoring hours, cost, and other indicators.
• Coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical, quality, technicians, planners, and other resources to ensure DFM and DFT.
• Develop and maintain process and infrastructure for electronic design and validation including NPI packages.
• Review and sign-off new electronic designs at conceptual, schematic, board release, initial test, and hand-off to production phases; participate in ECO process.
