Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead a multi-discipline engineering team from concept through production for electronic components and systems.

You will drive technical, schedule and budget commitments and coordinate with PM, customers, and manufacturing to ensure program success. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in development with supervisory experience; radar knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in development.
• 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Radar knowledge/background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation of RFPs and review NRE estimates for the engineering development phase.
• Coordinate engineering inputs to proposals and review technical proposals.
• Manage execution of all technical activities for a project within schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary contact for Project/Program Management and customers.
• Lead engineering status meetings, reviews, and track actions to closure.
