Job summary

Qualifications

• BS EE and substantial engineering management experience; MS in Engineering is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with multiple projects, PDR/CDR milestones, and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electronics engineering team to create advanced data acquisition, sensor, and embedded recording platforms.
• Plan and manage product development projects with attention to hours, cost, and milestones.
• Report progress on cost, schedule, performance, and risks to executives.
• Coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical, QA, and operations to ensure DFM/DFT.
• Develop and maintain processes and documentation for electronic design and validation (NPI).
• Review and sign-off new designs at conceptual, schematic, board release, and hand-off stages.
