Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years of related engineering experience; or Master's in STEM with 0 years.
• Strong understanding of RF signal chains and system-level integration.
• Experience with RF and network-based test equipment (scopes, analyzers, meters).
• Experience with modulation/demodulation and coding techniques.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (with background check) and ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with LOS/BLOS communication systems including AESA antennas.
• Provide engineering expertise and troubleshooting during test events.
• Lead field service tasking for maintenance, upgrades, and analyses.
• Address deliverable subsystem performance concerns using program tools.
• Lead Root Cause/Corrective Action investigations.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements with engineering teams.
• Report subsystem status to program leadership and manage risks.
• Conduct field maintenance of communications hardware.
