Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM.
• Strong understanding of RF signal chains and system-level integration of communication components.
• Experience with RF/test equipment: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters.
• Active Top-Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI and SAP clearances.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with LOS and BLOS communication systems, including AESA antennas.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshoot during test events for subsystem delivery.
• Direct Field Service Representatives for field maintenance, upgrades, and analyses.
• Lead Root Cause/Corrective Action investigations and communicate risks to leadership.
