Job summary

Tecnova Electronics in Illinois is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and lead opportunities from quoting to execution. This in-office role requires a strategic, customer-focused approach and EMS/PCB know-how.

The candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Quality teams to ensure successful launches and long-term satisfaction. Travel to customer sites is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), PCB assembly, electromechanical assembly, or contract manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Lead Program Management activities to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Quality teams.
• Manage sales opportunities, customer activity, and revenue forecasts.
• Develop accurate, competitive quotations with internal teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve customer concerns and product-related issues.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
