Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead and support the production of high-quality electronic design deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. You will coordinate production activities, manage schedules, monitor metrics, and provide CAD QA/QC oversight.

Ideal candidates are located near Jacobs US offices with flexibility for Tempe, AZ, Portland, OR, or Pittsburgh, PA. Strong AutoCAD/Revit experience and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of design coordination/design support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with jurisdiction permitting requirements.
• Experience on large design projects.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, or perform production of electronic deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and client requirements.
• Monitor schedules and performance metrics.
• Prepare drawing packages and QA/QC deliverables.
• Maintain CAD standards and drawing lists; assist helpdesk.
• Interact with clients on CAD issues and support designers.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
