Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Deliverables Coordinator to lead production of electronic deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules, and provide QA/QC oversight to meet client and governance requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong AutoCAD and Revit experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in multidisciplinary teams. Flexible location near a Jacobs US office is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of design coordination, project support, or related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, or perform production of electronic deliverables.
• Monitor schedules and quality against client requirements.
• Prepare drawing packages and QA/QC oversight.
• Interact with clients on CAD-related issues and support designers.
• Maintain CAD standards and drawing lists; resolve helpdesk issues.
