Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead and support the production of electronic engineering deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. The role requires coordinating production activities, managing schedules, ensuring QA/QC, and providing CAD standards support.

Ideal candidates will have strong AutoCAD and Revit experience and excellent communication skills. Location is flexible within the US with a hybrid working policy; preferred proximity to Jacobs offices in Tempe, AZ;

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, leading, or performing production of electronic deliverables.
• Coordinating production work that meets quality and client requirements.
• Monitoring and holding self and team to proposal schedule.
• Operating independently complex work packages and ensuring alignment with governance.
• Integrating production principles into engineering design deliverables for complex infra programs.
• Driving high-quality outcomes through structured delivery and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring performance metrics and escalating risks to workstream managers.
• Interacting with clients on CAD-related issues and providing ongoing CAD support.
• Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and working well in a team.
