Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead and support the production of high-quality electronic deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. The role requires coordinating production activities, managing schedules, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in design coordination, project support, permitting, architecture, engineering, construction, planning, or a related field.
Strong capabilities in customer relationship systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Design Software(operating) AutoCAD, Revit.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating, leading, or performing production of electronic deliverables.
Coordinating production work that meets quality and client requirements.
Monitoring and holding self and team(s) to proposal schedule.
Operating independently complex work packages and ensuring alignment with program governance and assurance frameworks.
Supporting complex infrastructure programs by integrating production principles into the planning and execution of engineering design deliverables.
Driving high-quality outcomes through structured delivery approaches and continuous improvement.
