Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead the production of electronic deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. You will coordinate CAD drawing packages, set up standards, and provide QA/QC oversight, interfacing with clients and project managers to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role requires AutoCAD and Revit expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design coordination or related field experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, leading, or performing production of electronic deliverables.
• Coordinating production work that meets quality and client requirements.
• Monitoring and holding self and team to proposal schedule.
• Operating independently complex work packages and ensuring alignment with governance.
• Supporting complex infrastructure programs by integrating production principles.
• Driving high-quality outcomes through structured delivery approaches and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring production performance metrics and escalating risks.
• Supports various projects in engineering/construction.
• Prepares drawing packages, provides QA/QC, manages drawing list database, sets up CAD standards and resolves helpdesk issues.
• Interacts with the client on CAD related issues.
• Is part of the project team providing ongoing CAD support to designers.
• Interacts with the project manager for direction.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Works under pressure and handles concurrent tasks.
• Is a problem solver.
• Works well as a team member.
• Occasionally requires production drafting.
