Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead the production of high-quality electronic deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. You will coordinate production activities, manage schedules, monitor performance metrics, support CAD standards and drawing package development, and provide QA/QC oversight to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong AutoCAD and Revit experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in design coordination, project support, permitting, architecture, engineering, construction, planning, or a related field.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Design Software AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, or perform production of electronic deliverables.
• Monitor and hold self and team to proposal schedule and quality.
• Set up CAD standards and drawing package development; QA/QC oversight.
• Interact with clients on CAD related issues and provide ongoing CAD support to designers.
• Ensure deliverables meet client, governance, and assurance requirements.
