Jacobs delivers innovative engineering solutions across industries. We seek a Deliverables Coordinator to lead electronic deliverables production for complex semiconductor projects, coordinating schedules, QA/QC, and CAD standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong AutoCAD and Revit experience and excellent communication to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team. Ideal locations include Tempe, AZ; Portland, OR; or Pittsburg, PA with geographic flexibility for qualified candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years in design coordination, project support, permitting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, leading, or performing production of electronic deliverables.
- Coordinating production work that meets quality and client requirements.
- Monitoring and holding self and team(s) to proposal schedule.
- Setting up CAD standards and drawing packages.
- QA/QC oversight and client interaction on CAD issues.
- Supporting multiple projects in engineering/construction.
- Interacting with the project manager for direction.
- Maintaining drawing lists and CAD helpdesk.
