Techneeds LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to operate surface mount equipment and support high-volume electronics manufacturing. You will report downtime, use microscopes and hand tools, and may cross-train in other assembly areas.

Experience in Lean, ISO environments and PCB/semiconductor production is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience in PCB, semiconductor or electronics assembly.
• Lean Manufacturing and ISO environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate surface mount machines and related equipment.
• Report downtime or malfunctions.
• Cross-train in additional assembly work centers.
• Maintain quality and documentation in Lean/ISO environment.
