The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and comfortable working with automated equipment, microscopes, and detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operating SMT equipment to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies according to production requirements.
• Loading, monitoring, and adjusting machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Inspecting PCB assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Performing component placement verification and identifying defects during production.
• Completing hand soldering and minor rework of electronic components as required.
• Following work instructions and quality standards; recording production information and maintaining records.
• Assisting with setup, material handling, and machine changeovers as needed.
