Techneeds LLC is hiring Machine Operators on 1st shift to support growth in their Massachusetts facility. You will operate surface mount machines, use microscopes and test equipment, and report downtime or malfunctions.

The role emphasizes cross-training across multiple assembly centers and experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing within Lean/ISO settings. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication and teamwork, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience in PCB, semiconductor or electronics assembly.
• IPC Solder Certification IPC 610 a plus.
• Excellent communication and team work skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in an ISO environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate surface mount machines and related equipment, report on equipment downtime or malfunction.
• Utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks.
• Cross-train and be certified in other areas as well so this is a learning opportunity.
• Support Lean, ISO standards and high-volume production environments.
