You will handle bonding, packaging, labeling, operate microscopes and specialized equipment, and ensure compliance with 6S/ESD practices while documenting production data and working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing, electronics, microelectronics, or related fields.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision microelectronics assembly, bonding, packaging, labeling and related manufacturing operations per procedures.
• Operate production equipment, tooling, microscopes, and other instruments.
• Follow detailed work instructions, process specs, drawings, schematics, and visual aids.
• Inspect components and assemblies using microscopes and inspection tools.
• Identify defects and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Record production data and inspection results in manufacturing systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with 6S/ESD requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality and others to improve processes.
