Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Salem, NH is seeking a Production Operator to support high-volume PCB manufacturing. You will read shop orders, set up and run equipment, and monitor product quality on a shift.

Ideal candidates are able to handle small components with manual dexterity, work independently, and cooperate with a team while meeting safety and quality standards. Training provided; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow English instructions.
• High attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to lift 10–50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop traveler and customer specs.
• Set up and operate machinery per job requirements.
• Inspect product quality and document data.
• Record defects and escalate issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE.
• Cross-train across departments.
