Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY, is seeking an Electronic Tester for first shift. You will ensure manufacturing processes run per procedure, monitor tests, collect data, and support process engineering with analysis and reporting.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing (or related experience), good math skills, and the ability to read, write and communicate in English. Training on hazardous materials and ITAR compliance is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (or in final stages) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing; or equivalent experience.
• Strong math skills, especially statistics.
• Technicians will undergo chemical handling training prior to start and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing process runs per procedure or conduct engineering tests.
• Monitor manufacturing process or perform failure analysis for engineering or quality.
• Take measurements for process control and gather data for engineering.
• Rewrite documentation to reflect new practices and prepare reports for engineering/quality.
• Respond to data on process control charts and maintain data spreadsheets.
