SRCTec, LLC is seeking a temporary 1st shift Electronics Test Technician to support SRCTec Depot operations in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting and repairing production electronic warfare and radar systems and sub-assemblies.

Applicant should have an electronics background with experience using DMMs, spectrum/network analyzers, RF meters and oscilloscopes, plus ability to read schematics and perform solder rework if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or military/technical school training in electronics.
• 5+ years of related electronics experience if only HS diploma.
• Experience with test equipment and troubleshooting in electronics environments.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to established test procedures and production processes.
• Set up and utilize automated and manual test equipment.
• Diagnose and correct complex system and equipment problems.
• Inspect and identify faulty components on circuit card assemblies.
• Troubleshoot RF, digital, and voltage failures to component level.
• Read and interpret schematics and drawings to aid troubleshooting.
• Perform solder rework of surface-mounted components as needed.
• Accurately document test results and repair actions.
• Support manufacturing through testing proprietary systems and sub-assemblies.
