Job summary

Qualifications

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: High School Diploma or equivalent; sales in low voltage systems with Fire Alarm, Security and IP systems.
• A NEGOTIATOR: Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations.
• TECHNICAL: Working knowledge of commercial low voltage industry and Fire/Security systems.
• A SELF-STARTER: Work independently and be goal- and customer-oriented.
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• NETWORK: Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable installation and monitoring contracts.
• ACHIEVE: Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• COORDINATE: Review drawings/blueprints, conduct site visits, and layout systems when needed.
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• CLOSE THE DEAL: Develop, estimate, present, and secure low voltage contracts.
