Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) in the Dallas area. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from scope and schedule to budget and client satisfaction, with extensive coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will lead commissioning, documentation, and handover while ensuring quality, profitability, and successful client outcomes across large-scale ESS deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and ESS environments.
• Experience following repeatable processes and contributing to CPI improvements.
• Ability to drive and deliver waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates while ensuring quality and profitability.
• Proven client-facing experience with professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and client handover of systems.
• Develop baselines, monitor deviations, and communicate impacts clearly.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations to protect profitability.
• Provide hands-on leadership to site supervisors and project teams.
• Deliver turnkey project turnover and client training as needed.
