Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems, construction coordination, or related technical support.
• Basic familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with MS Project/SimPro/Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers by tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and risk reports.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Serve as liaison between the team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain project documentation, equipment inventories, and closeout packages.
• Assist integration engineers with programming of security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
