Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an Associate Electronic Security Project Manager in South Bend, IN. You will support project lifecycles, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and help ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of security integration projects.

You’ll learn to work with integration engineers on access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, while developing your ability to read security drawings and help prepare proposals and closeout packages.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems or related tech support roles.
• Basic familiarity with security platforms (Lenel, Axis, Verint, DMP, fire alarm systems) is desirable.
• Strong ability to read and interpret security blueprints and electrical/civil drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking lifecycles, schedules, materials, and risk reports.
• Direct ownership of small-scale security integration projects within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and updated drawings for closeout packages.
• Support integration engineers as they program electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Learn to read security system drawings and electrical/civil packages.
