Job summary

System Integrations in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced Lead installation technicians to guide small teams through low voltage cabling and security device installations in commercial settings. You will install, test, and document cabling and devices, lead on-site teams, and coordinate materials and schedules to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership or installation experience in network infrastructure, video surveillance, or access control.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in at least one of the listed areas.
• Experience leading small installation teams for low voltage cabling and/or security device installations.
• Proven ability to install and document cabling, devices, and low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two installation technicians to meet high quality standards.
• Install cabling, security devices, and low voltage equipment in existing and new construction.
• Commission, test, and document installations using testers, monitors, and remote support.
• Assist in onsite tracking of materials used on the job site.
• Report time and progress to Leads, Project Leaders, and Project Managers.
• Assist in on the job training for installation technicians.
