Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Banking Operations professional to process wire/ACH, online/mobile banking, bill payment and remote deposit captures for consumers and businesses. You will support multiple departments, prepare audit docs, and generate routine reports to help management monitor activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2 years of electronic banking ops experience, strong communication, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIS operating systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process electronic banking transactions according to bank policy and procedures.
• Provide customer support for wire/ACH processing, Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, and remote deposit capture.
• Communicate issues with bank personnel or customers as priority dictates.
• Collaborate with departments to support services within the organization.
• Prepare audit documentation as required.
• Complete periodic reporting for wires, ACH, and other systems.
• Cross-train for other Electronic Banking Sales Support positions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for daily processing of various Electronic Banking functions including but not limited to Wire Transfer Processing, Online Banking, Bill Payment, ACH Processing, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Banking functions for consumer and business customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process requests for electronic transactions according to bank policy and procedures.


• Communicate any issues or concerns with First Community Bank personnel or directly with the customer depending on the type of issue and priority of the resolution.


• Work with various departments in the organization to assist customers and provide support for various services within the organization/department.


• Prepare audit documentation as required.


• Complete periodic reporting needed for tracking and monitoring Wire Transfers, ACH Processing, Remote Deposit Capture and other systems as needed for reporting to management.


• Cross-train for other positions in the bank's Electronic Banking Sales Support area.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years Electronic Banking Operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Knowledge of FIS operating systems and procedures.


• Attention to detail required.
