Job summary

First Community Bank (SC) is seeking an Electronic Banking Operations Associate to support daily processing of Wire Transfer, Online Banking, Bill Payment, ACH, and mobile banking for consumer and business customers.

The role includes handling customer requests, ensuring policy compliance, preparing audit documentation, and generating periodic reports. Cross-training in the Electronic Banking Sales Support area is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years Electronic Banking Operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FIS operating systems and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Polished written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of Electronic Banking functions (Wire/ACH, Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit Capture).
• Process electronic transaction requests according to bank policy and procedures.
• Communicate issues to First Community Bank personnel or customers as required."
• Work with various departments to assist customers and provide service support.
• Prepare audit documentation and periodic reporting for Wire Transfers, ACH, and Remote Deposit Capture.

Position Summary

Thisposition is responsible for daily processing of various Electronic Bankingfunctions including but not limited to Wire Transfer Processing, OnlineBanking, Bill Payment, ACH Processing, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture andMobile Banking functions for consumer and business customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Support includingbut not limited to:
• Wire/ACH Processing
• Online/Mobile Banking
• Bill Payment/People Pay
• Remote DepositCapture/Mobile Deposit Capture
• Process requests for electronic transactionsaccording to bank policy and procedures.
• Communicate any issues or concerns with FirstCommunity Bank personnel or directly with the customer depending on thetype of issue and priority of the resolution.
• Work with various departments in the organizationto assist customers and provide support for various services within theorganization/department.
• Prepare audit documentation as required.
• Complete periodic reporting needed for trackingand monitoring Wire Transfers, ACH Processing, Remote Deposit Capture andother systems as needed for reporting to management.
• Cross-train for other positions in the bank’s ElectronicBanking Sales Support area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years ElectronicBanking Operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
• Knowledge of FIS operating systems and procedures.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under timeconstraints.
• Detailed knowledge of computer software and hardwarerequired.
• Ability to sit in front of a computer for extendedperiods of time.
