Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks an Electronic Network Engineer to join our San Diego facility. You will design, implement, and support network infrastructure, ensuring reliable data paths for complex avionics systems. The role is on-site with up to 25% travel and requires DoD Top Secret/SCI clearances.

You will document configurations and work with lab teams to sustain critical operations. Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and security certifications are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s in a STEM field with related engineering experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II compliant certs (e.g., CCNA Security, Security+CE, CISSP) within a reasonable time.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
• Proficiency with Visio and PowerPoint for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure components (Routers/Switches/Firewalls).
• Monitor and optimize network performance.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and support incident responses.
• Develop engineering and automated deployments for datacenter configurations.
• Collaborate with engineers to install and refine procedures.
• Work with engineers and technicians in a lab environment.
• Provide support to software integration lab for end-to-end communication.
