Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an Electronic Technician (Level 2 or 3) to join our San Diego team. You will work in a collaborative environment building, integrating, testing, and maintaining communications hardware in labs and field settings.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to travel up to 25% with occasional surge travel. On-site, full-time labor with competitive benefits is offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience for Level 2, or 4+ years for Level 3.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings per ASME/IEEE standards.
• Experience building/installing harnesses and rack systems according to industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter hardware integration, documentation, drawings, and software deployment.
• Construct rack-based datacenter systems focusing on safety, quality, and repairability.
• Interpret, redline, and audit released engineering drawings.
• Install interconnect cabling for communications, audio, networking, and serial interfaces.
• Perform ILS and inventory tracking for inbound/outbound hardware.
• Implement engineering changes and collaborate across levels in a fast-paced team.
