A key member of the Customer Service Team, the Electronic Monitoring Technician reports to the Senior Account Manager. This position maintains close, continuous support of accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through systematic customer contact, training activities, and implementation of new programs and requirements. The role works with on‑site Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to identify growth opportunities through the increased use of Track Group's continuum of products and services, as well as by day‑to‑day interaction with agency staff. The technician provides programmatic assistance to allow each customer to operate an effective program with high satisfaction levels. This position is located in our Philadelphia, PA office, and is a hands‑on technical role.
