Job summary

Louisville Metro Government is seeking personnel to support enrollment, monitoring, and release of participants in alternative sentencing programs. The role involves interviewing participants, explaining guidelines, and coordinating electronic monitoring equipment usage and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service, cash register, bank teller, computer data entry, bookkeeping or clerical experience.
• Experience handling forms, records, and data management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll, monitor and release participants from alternative sentencing programs.
• Explain program guidelines to participants and conduct interviews.
• Instruct on electronic monitoring equipment use and scheduling of activities.
• Record schedule changes and document participants' appointments.
• Enter participant data into computer systems and coordinate monitoring tasks.
• Operate monitoring equipment and respond to system messages.
