Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a dedicated technician to repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor under supervision. You will perform routine maintenance, setup new EGDs, and assist with relocation and setup of stands and related equipment.

The role requires knowledge of gaming devices, electronics, and compliance with gaming regulations; a Level 2 Gaming License is required. Strong problem-solving and manual dexterity are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of moving mechanical parts, gaming devices, electronics and electrical functions.
• Ability to read and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with maintenance and repair in a casino or gaming environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all electronic gaming devices (EGD) on the floor.
• Initial setup and checkout of new EGDs and related equipment.
• Assist in relocation and setup of EGDs and stands as required.
• Verify jackpots and assist floor staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming laws and internal controls.
