Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, electronics degree preferred, and a Level 2 Gaming License. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Possesses knowledge of moving mechanical parts, gaming devices, electronics and electrical functions.
• Understands and can follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and one-year slot floor experience. Electronics degree preferred.
• Requires a Level 2 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Handles floor repair and preventive maintenance of all EGDs, including cleaning and overhauls.
• Repairs, overhauls, and maintains EGDs in accordance with gaming regulations.
• Performs initial setup and checkout of new EGDs.
• Assists management with breakdown, relocation and setup of EGDs and stands.
• Assists in jackpot verification and EGD integrity during jackpots.
• Maintains knowledge of local gaming laws and internal controls.
• Promotes guest relations with prompt, courteous service while on the floor.
• Performs routine maintenance and repair of all EGDs on the gaming floor.
