Client Solution Architects (CSA) is hiring an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program on-site in Port Hueneme, CA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available.
• Assist customers by monitoring performance and resolving issues in a mission-critical network.
• Manage users and computers in an enterprise environment (Active Directory, group policy, file shares).
• Perform routine maintenance, backup/recovery, inventory, and asset management at on-site data centers.
