Job summary

CSA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to specialize in electronic classroom technical support. The role focuses on keeping the student training infrastructure functional and ensuring Active Directory accounts are configured for secure access.

You will assist customers through monitoring, identify improvements in a mission critical network, and translate metrics into actionable information while managing users and computers across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Interim or active Secret clearance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, and Database Administration.
• Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, security and compliance systems maintenance.
• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration.
• Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available.
• Ensure that Active Directory accounts are properly configured.
• Assist customers in overcoming challenges through monitoring and performance management.
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network.
• Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.
• Manage users and computers in an enterprise network.
