Job summary

CSA Global LLC is seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support our Navy client onsite in Great Lakes, IL. The role emphasizes ensuring training infrastructure availability, managing Active Directory, and resolving issues in a mission-critical network environment.

The candidate should have an Interim or active Secret clearance, a HS diploma or equivalent, and 3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge across system, network, and database administration and cyber

Qualifications

• Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with electronic documentation, system administration, network administration, and database administration
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance
• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration
• Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management
• Knowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation services
• Ability to perform onsite service center support
• Bachelor's degree or Security+ certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available
• Ensure AD accounts are properly configured
• Assist customers in overcoming challenges through monitoring and performance management
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network
• Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning
• Manage users and computers in an enterprise network
