Job summary

CSA Global LLC is seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support our Navy client onsite in Great Lakes, IL. This role ensures that training infrastructure remains functional and secure within an enterprise network.

You will configure Active Directory accounts, assist customers, monitor performance, and manage users and computers, turning metrics into actionable information to improve readiness and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Active Interim or Secret clearance required.
• Security+ or equivalent is preferred or Bachelor’s degree

Requirements

What You Will Needed to Join Our Award-Winning Team

• Clearance: Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
• General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
• Certifications: Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degree
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance
• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration
• Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management

• Experience with multi-media systems support and community of interest (COI) network operations
• Experience with local group policy management and file share, system, and account administration
• Experience with configuration and change management and life cycle support
• Experience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance board replacement, and cable switching
• Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functions
• Knowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation services
• Ability to perform onsite service center support
