Job summary

Foresight Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Supervisor to lead and mentor the Electronic Banking team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and top-notch customer service for all electronic products.

The role requires supervision experience, extensive banking knowledge, and familiarity with Reg E, NACHA, and online/mobile banking platforms; it also supports remote teams and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years working in banking.
• AAP or APRP certifications a plus.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Adaptable to managing remote teams and promoting electronic banking products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electronic banking operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide leadership and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Ensure adequate scheduling to meet bank needs.
• Handle debit card disputes per Reg E and NACHA rules and balance fraud losses.
• Process wires and ACH files according to policy, including OFAC checks.
• Support Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Cash Management, and Mobile Deposit.
