Job summary

Border Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Manager to lead our digital banking and payment operations. This role will oversee systems, risk controls, and customer experience while guiding a team across multiple locations in the upper Midwest.

You will work with Treasury, IT, and compliance to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient digital services, including ACH, wire, mobile apps, and online banking, driving initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in banking, digital banking, or payments operations.
• Accredited ACH Professional or similar certification preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electronic Banking team and ensure coverage and adherence to standards.
• Oversee digital banking projects, upgrades, and change initiatives with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage digital banking platforms, apps, bill pay, external transfers, and authentication controls.
• Coordinate risk oversight, audits, and compliance for digital banking and payments.
• Liaise with Treasury, IT, and vendors to implement new payment services and enhancements.
