BOK Financial is seeking a Supervisor, Bank Operations to lead a tenured team responsible for payment processing and account servicing that supports clients and daily bank operations.

You will drive process improvements, support regulatory compliance, and balance day-to-day execution with strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Banking, Accounting, or related field with 3-4 years in operations and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal and State banking regulations (AML, OFAC, BSA, Patriot Act, SOX, Reg E, Reg CC, UCC4A).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations or a high-volume operational environment.
• Experience with transaction processing, workflow management, or operational support processes.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Customer-focused with ability to build collaborative relationships; discretion and adaptability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and support operational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflows, productivity, staffing levels, and performance metrics to meet departmental goals.
• Partner with internal and external contacts to resolve operational issues and support objectives.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management while building team engagement.
• Improve processes and reporting to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls while managing risk and quality.
• Lead change initiatives and technology adoption to scale operations.
